Yes, volunteers. Not FEMA. Not Homeland Security. Not the national guard. This is a natural disaster on a grand scale. People are suffering and losing their homes. I wonder if Obama has at least done a fly over? Why isn't the Federal government coming in with all of their resources? Surely something is terribly wrong here. I cannot figure this out and will need some help from an expert. I remember that during the Katrina disaster we were blessed to have an Ivy League graduate, Mensa member help us to figure out why things were not going smoothly. I think it's time we checked in with this wonderful resource now in our time of need.

Okay, there you have it. Let's hope those white people can fend for themselves as we have just found out why the federal government has completely ignored this tragedy in North Dakota. Thank you Dr. West.
